These are some of the basic things that you can look at but you can also look at previous addresses and so much more. A tenant background check cannot tell you if the person is worthy of renting to, but what it can do is give you a bit more insight into who someone is and what they are all about. When you talk to someone they might not tell you that they had to be brought to court to pay their rent in the past or that the reason that they are renting is because they had to declare bankruptcy and lost their home. The information that you find may not be impressive, but it may not be something that will keep you from renting to an individual, either.
